Keyboard shortcuts for the Preview app on Mac 1. Enter slideshow mode. To quickly enter slideshow mode after opening a number of image files in Preview, you can Command (⌘) + Shift (⇧) + F. This puts all the content into full-screen and lets you view the images in a slideshow.
